  • Implementation of planogram resets due to updates or new product launches
  • Coordination of reset teams that are retailer specific and familiar with individual retail accounts and their standard operating procedures
  • Project Status Reports to track the reset team's efforts throughout the reset process.
    Upon completion, a Project Review Report is issued
  • Distribution Surveys to provide a reality check of your product's actual distribution and product placement within a specific retailer's planogram
  • Retail Pricing Surveys (by retailer for specific items/categories) to ensure your cost structure is appropriate for your desired retail price point
  • A Budget Summary will detail each in-store service effort
